Who We Are

Most golfers chase a better swing before they understand the body that has to produce it. We start in the opposite place.

We first want to understand how a golfer moves: assessing their mobility, stability, strength and speed, then build the physical foundation. Swing changes only stick when the body can actually support them.

Our belief is simple: golf is a performance sport. Distance, consistency and durability aren't just about technique. They're about how well a golfer rotates, loads, generates force and holds up over 18 holes, a season, a career.

When we focus on improving the body first, the swing becomes open to adaptation, for changes that actually lasts.

We work from an assessment-led mindset: find the physical limitation, build a plan around it, then train it out - so the improvement transfers to real rounds, not just on the range.

Our Story

Fix The Body. Then The Swing.

Strokes & Gains was shaped by first-hand experience with the same body-first pathway we believe more golfers should have access to.

Through structured work in strength, power, mobility and speed training, we've seen again and again that swing changes don't hold on their own. They hold when the body underneath them can actually produce them.

For us, that's the whole point.

More speed matters when it adds real distance. Better mobility and strength matter when they let a swing change survive under pressure, round after round, without breaking down or breaking the golfer. Smarter physical preparation matters when it means finishing 18 holes without unnecessary pain or fatigue, this year and for years to come.

That experience shaped the S&G model: assess the body, build its capacity In The Lab, then let a better and more sustainable swing show up On The Course.

Ambition

Our Goals

We're committed to making the body-first approach - assess, then improve strength, mobility, and speed - accessible to golfers across Sweden, the Nordics and wider Europe.

S&G focuses on three connected areas: physical assessment, performance programming and curated access to golf-specific training solutions.

For golfers, that means clarity on what's actually limiting their swing, why it matters, and how fixing it produces results that hold up on the course.

For coaches, facilities and performance professionals, we create a bridge between physical training expertise, golf-specific education and product application.

For brands, S&G offers a focused route into the European golf performance market through education, activation, community-building and trusted local representation.

INTENTION

Why Now

Golf performance is evolving quickly.

More golfers now understand that distance, consistency and durability come from far more than swing technique. A swing built on a body that can't rotate, load or recover properly tends to break down under pressure - or break the golfer down instead.

At the same time, the physical assessment and training work that actually fixes this remains difficult for many European golfers to access, understand or experience properly.

The demand is there. What's missing is a clear, assessment-led path from "what's limiting me" to "here's the plan."

Strokes & Gains is built to close that gap.

We believe the next phase of golf improvement will be driven by golfers who fix the body first - training with intent, using technology intelligently, and making decisions based on assessment rather than assumption.

Roadmap

What's Next

Strokes & Gains is building the body-first performance platform for individual golfers, their coaches and the training facilities and brands that support them.

Our first phase focuses on remote physical screening, education and curated product guidance. We start by understanding the golfer's body first, then recommend training, programming or equipment with purpose.

S&G will continue to expand into product supply, testing days, facility partnerships, coaching collaborations, performance packages and brand activation across Europe.

Our process stays the same at every stage: assess the body, build the plan, train what's limiting the swing, and support progress until it holds up on the course.

Fix the body. Unlock the swing it's been holding back.
